Position Type: Full-time, Day Shift

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential nursing care under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
  • Prepare patients for medical evaluations, including initial assessments and interviews.
  • Manage documentation and perform point-of-care testing.
  • Administer medications, injections, and collect laboratory samples.
  • Facilitate prior authorizations for diagnostic procedures and medications.
  • Ensure effective communication and follow-up to minimize hospital readmissions.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Oversee clinical supplies and assist in treatment procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance patient experiences.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN license in New York State.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory for new graduates.
  • Basic understanding of medical coding, CPR certification, and strong clinical skills are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer usage.
