MacFarlane Energy, a leader in heating oil delivery and HVAC services in Massachusetts, is seeking reliable and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
As a Fuel Delivery Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers regarding home heating oil deliveries. You will assist customers with inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Your focus will be on providing an outstanding customer experience and building lasting relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries regarding home heating oil deliveries, pricing, and services via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process orders for fuel delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely scheduling.
- Monitor customer accounts to manage deliveries and identify opportunities for service enhancements.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on finding effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Educate customers about our services, pricing structures, and promotions.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction post-delivery.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the energy or fuel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
