Our firm seeks a responsible, experienced real estate paralegal to join our firm. The position requires excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and a minimum of 3 years prior experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm setting.


Primary Responsibilities: Prepare and review real estate documents including purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, amendments, leases, and other commercial agreements. Review of title commitments, city planning letters, plats and surveys, preparation of summary of issues related to same; Responsible for critical dates calculation/calendar; preparation of corporate minute books and closing binders; Drafting and filing of entity formation documents; preparation of organizational and other corporate consents; coordination of due diligence. Understanding of land development including entitlements desired, but not required. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize projects as needed.
