Real Estate Counsel Job Opportunity

Duvera Consulting LLC, a premier real estate development and construction company, is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Counsel to join their team in Houston. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts, as well as performing due diligence and preparing transactional documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, land acquisition documents, and transactional documents.
  • Perform due diligence and prepare documents related to the land acquisition and development process.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of experienced paralegals.

Requirements:

  • JD from an accredited law school and current law license from the State Bar of Texas.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts in a law firm or in-house legal department.

Duvera Consulting LLC offers a competitive base salary, bonus, and proven stability despite the real estate market. The company provides a hybrid work schedule, with 2 days from home and 3 days in the office.
