Job Summary:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in the sales process. The primary responsibility of the SDR is to generate and qualify new leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality prospects for the sales team. The SDR will use various outreach methods, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and set up meetings or calls for the sales team to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential leads using various tools and methods (e.g., databases, social media, industry events).
  • Generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  1. Lead Qualification:
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to determine their potential as sales opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
  1. Relationship Building:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, representing the company professionally and enthusiastically.

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
