We have all the modern-day amenities in our centrally located office from, ongoing ping pong tournaments, electronic hoops setup, kitchens stocked with snacks, company lunches, fun sales events and team bonding. Although Appstar employees like to have fun, we are committed to high performance and dedicated to improving professionally and personally.


Day to Day Functions:

  • Manage 1099 outside field reps remotely (from the office)
  • Coach, train and develop reps to close new business
  • Provide guidance to Reps on how to self-generate and build a business in their local territory
  • Oversee the entire sales process - You'll need to have the ability to see where a deal is and sell with value solutions in mind. You'll work with Operations to submit, approve, and train accounts.


Qualifications/Skills:

  • You are a closer with a "no fear", highly professional approach to sales with an ability to CLOSE on the phone
  • You have high energy to coach and motivate a team (experience with 1099's preferred)
  • You have organizational skills to ensure all appointments and deals are handled properly
  • You have an ability to multi task in a fast paced environment handling multiple reps
  • You have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience (inside/short cycle preferred)
  • You have a proven track record of outstanding performance exceeding quotas
  • You have a high level of integrity
  • You have excellent communication and motivational skills
  • You are numerate and think and react quickly on your feet


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base w/ unlimited earning potential (commissions + residuals) = $120k+ OTE
