Job description
Have fun Oh, and we also ask that you manage sales inquiries, coordinate with the sales team, maintain customer databases, process orders, prepare sales reports, assist in the development of sales strategies, and ensure smooth communication between departments.
$60k - $70k (depending on experience) base annual salary and health benefits. Room to grow. Report to National Sales and Mktg. Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate sales team activities
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
- Cultivating current relationships
- Assisting and managing marketing strategies
- Ability to travel, set up, and work two-three trade shows annually
Qualifications
- 5+ years consumer goods experience in brick and mortar and eCommerce with successful sales track record
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- GSA/Military contracts highly preferred but not required
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
- Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
- Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths
- Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
- Fluency in English preferred, speaking, reading and writing
- Ability to work Mon – Fri: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
