They have asked us to conduct a search for a Manufacturing Manager. In this role you’ll have 2 – 3 Production Supervisors and their technicians and assembly personnel reporting to you in a non-union metal fabrication and assembly environment. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. At least 5 years of Production Management experience in a high volume, high mix mfg assembly process is required.
Base salary range is $90 – 100k, plus bonus opportunity and company provided health care and other benefits, including matching 401k. Here’s the best part…you will work day shift and no more than 4 days per week The client will help with relocation expenses.
