Safety and Compliance:

  • Review and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment, thereby reducing the risk of workplace injuries.

Team Management:

  • Evaluate and endorse the organizational framework, staffing, and training initiatives for personnel within the designated area.

Production Analysis:

  • Continuously assess production needs to determine the necessary resources, including labor and equipment, to meet or surpass customer quality and delivery standards while supporting cost-reduction strategies.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Oversee all production-related communications and ensure effective coordination among resources to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Foster an environment that encourages ongoing enhancements in manufacturing processes; propose alternatives for optimizing production techniques, equipment, and operational procedures.

Employee Engagement:

Qualifications:
