Regional Technical Support Specialist

Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for providing exceptional support? We are seeking a dynamic Regional Technical Support Specialist to join a prestigious law firm based in the heart of San Francisco. As a key member of the IT team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of technology systems across regional offices.
**Role is Hybrid in the Houston, Tx location**
**Pay range is $65K to $80K**
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the IT team to deploy, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and other IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to legal software applications, ensuring attorneys and staff have optimal access to necessary tools.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and software applications.
- Manage and maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring successful implementation.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in a technical support role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of legal software applications and familiarity with law firm technology requirements.(such as Microsoft Office and NETDocuments)
- Excellent hardware/software troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Solid understanding of fundamental office local area networking.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with MDM(mobile device management).
