As a key member of the IT team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of technology systems across regional offices.

**Role is Hybrid in the Houston, Tx location**

**Pay range is $65K to $80K**

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to deploy, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and other IT infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to legal software applications, ensuring attorneys and staff have optimal access to necessary tools.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and software applications.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring successful implementation.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in a technical support role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of legal software applications and familiarity with law firm technology requirements.(such as Microsoft Office and NETDocuments)
  • Excellent hardware/software troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Solid understanding of fundamental office local area networking.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with MDM(mobile device management).
