Essential Functions

Administrative Assistant

  • Support the Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) with administrative tasks as needed including but not limited to:
  • Booking and managing COO and CEO meetings, calendars, and conferences etc.
  • Executing administrative tasks to support the COO and CEO as needed.
  • Using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Adobe, Word, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) to perform tasks that support various objectives of the Small Business Investment Company Department.
  • Supporting the Chief Financial Officer with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Supporting the Chief Administrative Officer with general office administrative tasks as needed.

Education, Certification, Skills, & Experience

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or other relevant field (Preferred but not required)
  • Administrative Assistant or other technical certification (A plus)
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Required)
  • Strong written and Verbal Communication Skills (Required)
