Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a forward-thinking product vision and roadmap that integrates advanced automation capabilities with our search and advertising technologies, aligning with company objectives and evolving client needs. Your strategy will focus on maximizing efficiency, driving revenue growth, and enhancing client satisfaction across all touchpoints.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover trends in search, digital advertising, and internet traffic. Identify opportunities to enhance our platforms with innovative automation solutions that improve client campaign performance and engagement.
  • Product Development: Collaborate closely with engineering, UX design, data science, and marketing teams to ideate, prototype, and launch features that leverage automation, AI, and machine learning. These enhancements should seamlessly integrate into our search and advertising platforms, driving measurable improvements in campaign management and user experience.
  • Technology Implementation: Lead initiatives to incorporate advanced automation technologies into our existing product ecosystem, with a focus on enhancing search algorithms, ad targeting, and traffic optimization. Your role will involve strategic selection and practical implementation of these technologies to meet the specific needs of our clients and the market.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a critical liaison between technical teams, marketing, sales, and business stakeholders, ensuring that product initiatives are clearly communicated, well-understood, and effectively implemented. You’ll play a key role in aligning internal teams and client expectations to deliver on the promise of our automation-driven solutions.
  • Client Relations: Engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges in search and digital advertising. Gather feedback to continuously improve our platforms and ensure they provide exceptional value, particularly in optimizing campaign performance and managing large volumes of internet traffic.
  • User Experience: Drive the creation of user-centric tools that not only simplify complex tasks in campaign management but also anticipate client needs through intelligent automation. Your goal is to create seamless, powerful experiences that boost client productivity and satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to drive product decisions, focusing on metrics that matter for search and advertising performance. Implement systems that enable continuous refinement of our platforms based on real-time feedback, campaign results, and internet traffic data.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle with a particular emphasis on projects that involve complex integrations of search, advertising, and automation technologies. Ensure these projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively seek out and incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to refine strategies for search and advertising automation, ensuring our platforms evolve in response to user needs and market trends.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accessible documentation for all product initiatives, particularly those related to automation and search technologies. Provide clear guidelines for development, deployment, and ongoing management to ensure the longevity and adaptability of our solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on search technologies, digital advertising, or automation. Experience with SaaS or enterprise-level platforms, particularly in the marketing technology space, is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of search algorithms, digital advertising technologies, and automation tools. Hands-on experience in integrating these technologies into complex systems and optimizing them for large-scale use is essential.
  • UX Design and Research Expertise: Proven experience working with UX design teams to create user-friendly tools that meet the high standards of usability and engagement, particularly in the context of digital marketing and advertising.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on turning data into actionable insights that drive product development and optimization. Experience with data-driven decision-making in search and advertising contexts is a plus.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of client needs in search and digital advertising, with a passion for creating solutions that drive campaign success and maximize ROI.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts and market strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive alignment across departments, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Product Development: Proficiency in agile methodologies and a strong understanding of best practices in product development, especially in contexts where search, advertising, and automation play key roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
