Job Summary:
Astrix Technology is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the production process and ensure a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing and supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production staff and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Implement and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Identify and analyze problems, and develop solutions to improve processes.
- Effectively communicate with staff, management, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of food processing experience.
- Supervisory experience in a food manufacturing facility.
- First Aid/CPR and Forklift training preferred.
- SQF, Ammonia Fit, Food Safety, Sensory Evaluation, and/or HACCP training and certification preferred.
