Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a forward-thinking product

Stakeholder Management: Serve as a bridge between technical teams 

and business stakeholders, ensuring that automation initiatives are

User Experience: Lead efforts to design user-centric tools that not only 

simplify complex tasks but also anticipate user needs through

focusing on metrics that matter. Implement systems that allow for the

integrations. You’ll ensure that these projects are delivered on time,

Qualifications:


Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with 

a focus on internal platforms, enterprise software, or automation 

technologies. Experience with SaaS or enterprise-level platforms is 

advantageous.


Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of automation technologies,

coupled with hands-on experience in integrating these into complex 

systems. Comfort with collaborating with engineering teams to 

navigate technical challenges is essential.


UX Design and Research Expertise: A track record of working closely 

with UX design teams to create user-friendly automation tools that 

meet high standards of usability and engagement.


Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data 

into actionable insights. Experience in optimizing processes and 

platforms based on data-driven evidence.


Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically about the role of 

automation within a larger technology ecosystem, understanding both 

the immediate benefits and long-term implications.


Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of 

articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-

technical audiences.


Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive 

alignment, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.


Product Development: Proficiency in agile methodologies and a solid 

understanding of product development best practices, especially in 

contexts where automation plays a key role.


Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, 

Business, or a related field. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
