Cloud Sales Commercial Agreements/Pricing Manager

Job Description:
- Cloud Sales Commercial Agreements/Pricing Manager have the aptitude for analyzing opportunities, creating innovative business deals and executing transactions throughout the sales cycle.
- You will serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to Cloud’s Sales Teams in the development and execution of commercial structures for strategic, complex or highly competitive direct and partner-sourced opportunities.
- This role is highly customer, partner and sales facing yet relies heavily on your ability to execute and transact.
- The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and operations background and be a proven collaborator across multiple stakeholders and be able to manage multiple opportunities/transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitates alignment and communication between Cloud’s Sales Teams and internal stakeholders.
- Support Sales and Partners, both internal and external, with contract interpretation, negotiations and administration of Cloud’s licensing and service agreements including award letters, amendments, extensions, renewals and new business.
- Validate all aspects of contractual packages for accuracy and compliance with Cloud’s Business Practices.
Experience:
- Minimal years of experience - 7 years.
- Experience in a commercial agreements or pricing environment.
- Stakeholder management and expectation setting.
- Experience with Salesforce.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving experience, combined with strong business acumen.
- Self-starter with strong agency, ability to critically think and effectively execute on various transactions throughout the sales cycle.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
