Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Conversion:

Marketing and Negotiation:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in all aspects of transactions, from initial contact to contract to close, while following our processes and practices to support client success.
- Daily lead generation, develop skillsets, and meet with clients.

- Maintain regular communication with clients, brokerage support staff, and the transaction coordinator.

Compensation:$75,000+ commission based position
Responsibilities:- Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations
- Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
- Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner
- Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth
- Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision
- Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients
- Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Independent and self motivated
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language
The KWC team is a national sales team, supported by a full team of leadership, as well as support for all team members in the areas of database management, comparable and data analytics, marketing, and transactional support.
