  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence from clients and insurance carriers.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for insurance agents and brokers.
  • Prepare and distribute insurance documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide clients with policy information and updates.
  • Assist with claims processing and follow-up with clients and insurance carriers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property and casualty insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.


Qualifications:

  • Property and Casualty insurance license required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within the insurance industry.
