Key Responsibilities of the Office Administrative Assistant:

  • Manage guest reception processes, including coordinating food orders and hospitality services.
  • Prepare conference rooms with beverages, catering, and audio-visual equipment to ensure successful meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery and distribution.
  • Organize and maintain copier and supply areas to keep office resources readily available.
  • Contribute to the preparation and coordination of private events.
  • Run errands and fulfill ad hoc requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Undertake additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned by leadership.


Qualifications of the Office Administrative Assistant:

  • 1-5 years of experience in office services or administrative roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
