About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Account Manager (Freight Broker) located in the Southlake, Texas area. The Customer Account Manager will be responsible for developing new business, managing customer accounts, maintaining good communication channels with customers, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years Logistics Sales experience is required

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
  • Experience working in the logistics industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in software skills & ability to learn
