The Customer Account Processing Representative, a key member of our Lockbox and Cashiering Services Team at MetaSource, plays a vital role in processing payments and conducting payment exception research via multiple systems. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to ensure seamless payment processing and resolution of payment exceptions.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare deposits for processing and ensure timely submission.
  • Process deposits prior to the daily deadline using system software and processing machines.
  • Input customer and account data accurately and efficiently, adhering to time limits.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors and research incomplete documents to resolve issues.
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files and systems to provide accurate solutions.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies to maintain confidentiality and protect client transactions and bank records.
  • Prepare processed deposits for mail, courier, or other delivery methods.
  • Communicate with internal teams to transfer daily data and ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's goals and objectives.
