Position Overview:


As a Business Development Manager at TriSource Staffing Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by selling talent delivery services. You will work closely with our recruiting team to place professional talent in client job orders, primarily focusing on Staff Augmentation (temporary staffing) and Executive Recruiting (direct hire/permanent staffing). This position combines the pursuit of new client accounts with the growth of existing business relationships, offering a dynamic blend of sales and consultative relationship-building.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute daily business development activities, including inside/outside sales calls, client visits, proposal presentations, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet and exceed company sales goals and profitability targets.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients and prospects across top employers in the local market.
  • Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales activities, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with Executive Recruiters and Staffing Consultants to provide comprehensive staffing solutions.
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in client organizations, offering tailored solutions to meet their staffing needs.
  • Deliver consistent, measurable results while thriving in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales with a stable work history, ideally within the staffing industry.
  • Career-oriented, motivated by results, and a passion for sales.
  • Experience working with clients in larger corporate settings is preferred.
