The Client
Our client is a leading independent finance advisory firm headquartered in London, with offices in Paris and New York. With over 20 years of experience, this company focuses exclusively on providing expert advice and execution in the financial services sector. They are a fantastic company that values diligent and passionate individuals.
The Role
Our client is seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant role to act as the face of the firm. This individual will work alongside the EA and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Acting as conference services; booking and managing conference rooms
- Inventory management, i.e. stocking and restocking food/water/stationery etc.
- Acting as the first point of contact for vendors and the building
- Mail and package management
- Taking a lead role in helping to further develop the culture in the office (for example with team events).
- Assisting with overflow admin work such as processing invoices
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, friendly, and collaborative Receptionist who has a fantastic eye for detail, thinks logically, and is a great problem solver.
Key requirements for this role include:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role/environment
- Excellent computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Great attention to detail
- Exposure to working in financial or professional services is preferred, but not required
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
The Details
- $65 - 75k base salary
- 4 days in office
- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm shift
