RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGER

The Residential Property Manager is responsible for daily oversight and coordination of company operations including, leasing, property management, financial performance, and collections. The Property Manager must facilitate strong working relationships with the Team, our clients, vendors, and our tenants.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Own the client experience by being the brand ambassador for the Company.
  • Audit all lease documents, signatures, renter's insurance, move in funds and deposits to ensure we follow policies and procedures.
  • Perform all additional functions regarding the move-in per Appfolio and accounting guidelines
  • Manage the renewal process in conjunction with the renewals team and provide weekly updates to Management.
  • Manage collections process
  • Manage security deposit process
  • Manage leasing process
  • Manage daily activities
  • Manage move in process for all new residents.
  • Attend court as needed for evictions.
  • Maintain an active real estate license and adhere to company real estate license requirements. If you are already licensed, we will pay for you to become licensed within the first 60 days of employment.
  • Issue notices of non-compliance and violations as needed
  • Demonstrate knowledge of, and remain compliant with all policies, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance with Fair Housing

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, Associates Degree required
  • 3-5 years of luxury lead on-site property management experience.
  • General knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis
  • Above average ability to communicate with others, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience working in a cross-functional group, project management, and/or process improvement
  • Strong computer skills and general knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong Customer Service Acumen
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Computer Savvy
