Meet is partnered with a growing East Coast-based biotech for a Territory Business Manager You'll be responsible for managing the sales of urology and oncology products in the Manhattan, NY area with prior experience in biotech, pharma, and/or medical device sales.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in Urology and Oncology.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and key opinion leaders within the Manhattan territory.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals on the benefits of our products.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and other teams to support product launches and promotional activities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry, preferably in Urology and Oncology.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Manhattan, NY, with existing relationships in Urology and Oncology preferred.
  • 2 years of urology sales experience, urology and oncology would be ideal but urology the preference as they need to have the relationships.
  • 4 years MIN experience in pharma, biotech or medical device.
  • MIN 2 years experience in hospital sales and OR experience.
  • Medical Device experience would also be ideal.
  • Buy & bill experience required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
