Territory Business Manager, Diabetes

The Territory Business Representative is responsible for driving commercial success in assigned territories, aligning with Xeris' corporate goals.

Reporting to the Regional Business Director, the Representative will develop and execute strategic and tactical business plans to meet and exceed sales goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing territory and account-level business plans
  • Engaging with Regional Business Directors and internal partners to identify and address market trends and opportunities
  • Leveraging internal expertise to maximize field impact
  • Managing territory budget and resource allocations
  • Collaborating with peers and marketing personnel to share information and implement territory initiatives

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences, Business, or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in field commercial positions.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
