Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ADU Appointment Administrator. The ADU Appointment Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day appointments, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, maintaining schedules, and providing excellent customer service. They will be located in Sacramento, CA.


Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
  • Bilingual is a plus
