Job Description:


We are seeking a Recruiter with at least one year of experience in recruitment or a related field, who is passionate about talent acquisition and interested in developing new business opportunities. This role involves a blend of recruitment and client engagement responsibilities in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment (50%)

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Maintain communication with both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand client needs and job specifications.


Business Development (50%)

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the local and regional markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to expand our service reach and improve business growth.
  • Participate in networking events and professional groups to represent the company and gain industry insights.


Requirements:

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in recruitment or staffing within a search agency.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM and recruitment software is a must.
