Senior Project Manager - Campus Expansion

Start Date: June 24, 2024
Duration: 12 months initial contract (2 year project)
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee a significant campus expansion project. In this role you will develop well-conceived and timely project plans that outline and map the overall project process and break critical focus areas that provide detailed, well-informed roadmaps and risk aversion planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Ensure all phases of construction are compliant with corporate standards and project goals
- Lead design teams and construction managers through preconstruction, design, and scoping processes
- Oversee the bidding and construction administration with a focus on safety, schedule compliance, and financial reporting
Qualifications:
- Experience in new building or existing building expansion projects, particularly for clinical labs, wet labs, chemical labs, or vivariums
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint)
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, and construction techniques
