New + Found, Lawrence Group, & Integrate Construction, a design, construction & development consortium, is seeking an experienced marketing professional to provide support to the three-business unit enterprise in our St. Louis office.


The Digital Marketing Specialist is part of a larger Marketing & Communications team and will help strategize and implement marketing efforts for all four organizations: Lawrence Group, New + Found, and Integrate Construction. The main function of this role is to provide digital marketing support for all companies as well as to serve as marketing’s main point of contact and account manager for New + Found (N+F).


The key responsibilities include:

  • Management of social media channels for Lawrence Group, ICP and N+F, including development and maintenance of content calendars.
  • Develops and publishes engaging content in support of each brand.
  • Participates in the development of an annual social media and communications plan/strategy.
  • Supports the Market Research & Data Analyst in monitoring and reporting on digital analytics, including social media, Google Analytics, digital campaigns, etc.
  • Supports SEO/SERP efforts.
  • Manages the development and execution of internal and external email newsletters.
  • Maintains and updates N+F’s library of marketing materials.
  • Supports development and production of marketing collateral, presentations, award submittals, etc.
  • Assists with preparation for tradeshows and conferences, including speaker proposals.
  • Assists marketing staff with coordinating project photography for N+F.
  • Maintains and updates N+F’s website.
  • Supports N+F’s social media and PR communications efforts.
  • Assists marketing staff with planning and coordinating special events.



Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related area, plus 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management; and/or equivalent experience/training

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Graphic design ability a significant plus

Proficiency with social media management tools (i.e. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.), Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp, Asana and WordPress or SquareSpace highly desired

Experience in the AEC industry and/or a basic understanding of AEC and real estate industry terminology and concepts is a plus

Demonstrates superior organization skills and an ability to juggle and prioritize multiple deadlines simultaneously


Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.


Physical Demands

This position requires no minimum ability to lift, bend or stand.


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 hours, with some overtime when necessary.


Travel

Minimum travel is required for this position.
