The Air Import Agent is responsible for coordinating and managing the import of goods by air from origin to destination. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, customer service, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the entire air import process, from booking to delivery.
  • Prepare and process necessary documentation, including air waybills, customs declarations, and commercial invoices.
  • Liaise with overseas agents, airlines, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track and trace shipments, providing regular updates to customers.
  • Handle customs clearance procedures, including documentation and payment.
  • Resolve shipment issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and generate reports as required.
  • Adhere to all import regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
