Job Summary


The Regional Manager will be required to ensure our collision center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Quality Collision Group Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards. Regional Manager will also provide clear expectations and necessary tools, training & information to each General Manager, including developing "on the ground" relationships with these targets and source and recruit qualified candidates for potential employment and establish a pipeline for recruiting high quality talent.



Responsibilities Essential Functions


  • Previous leadership experience required
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
  • Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics.
  • Must have prior experience with CCC1
  • Ability to report on financials a must
  • Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
  • Be able to understand instructions - written and verbally
  • Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
  • Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.

  • 5+ Years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating
  • Strong interpersonal Skills.
  • Patient, empathetic and passionate.
  • Desire to take on a new challenge.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
