Director of Influencer Marketing

Our client, a world-class creative integrated marketing agency, is seeking a Senior Director of Influencer Relations to oversee and enhance their Celebrity & Influencer Relations. The ideal candidate will bring direct experience in celebrity and influencer campaigns across a variety of brands and platforms, with a deep understanding of social media trends, pop culture, and influencer dynamics, coupled with a proven track record of building and maintaining high-level industry relationships.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience with 7+ years of managing celebrity and influencer campaigns for a variety of commercial brands, encompassing both paid initiatives and organic strategies like gifting and event participation.
- Strong connections across the entertainment industry, including traditional and digital talent, agents, managers, publicists, and styling personnel. Your insights into celebrity and influencer dynamics enable you to spot opportunities for clients.
- Comprehensive expertise in social media, current and emerging trends in pop culture, influencer platforms, and analytics tools.
- Advanced negotiation skills and communication proficiency.
- Analytical approach, capable of interpreting data and delivering insights on campaign outcomes.
- Innovative and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of celebrity and influencer partnerships.
- Excellent multi-project management abilities, with adept team, time, and organizational management skills.
- Superior client presentation skills and the ability to maintain high-quality client relationships.
- Capacity to manage several projects concurrently with varying priorities.
- Effective collaboration with various internal teams including creative, social, PR, and experiential divisions.
- Skills in proactive problem-solving and crisis management.

- Ability to craft and implement detailed strategies for celebrity and influencer engagement that surpass brand objectives.
- Skilled in overseeing client relationships and ensuring campaign executions align with brand goals, maintaining effective communications with influencers, and achieving outstanding outcomes.
- Capability to guide and develop a team of professionals specializing in celebrity and influencer relations.
- Proficient in managing every aspect of influencer and talent campaigns for various brands from start to finish.
- Expertise in leveraging existing industry relationships and developing new ones to achieve client results through both organic and paid efforts.
- Ability to manage complex budget scenarios, oversee financial transactions, and handle invoicing processes.
- Skilled in utilizing data to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Knowledgeable about ensuring all activities comply with relevant laws and regulations regarding celebrity and influencer partnerships.
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to continuously refine strategies and creative output.
