**Description**

We are looking for a Junior Designer, reporting into our VP of Strategy, Media and Production

**Key Responsibilities**
- Primary role comprises creating design layouts, amends, social graphics, master template upkeep under the direction of the VP of Creative, Production and Media.
- Respond to client briefs in partnership with other team members.
- Ideate with the team to come up with breakthrough concepts and ensure we respond to the brief inline with clients KPIs.
- Meet ad hoc design needs of the US team, like deck design for client presentations, design elements for creds deck and other company initiatives.
- Creatively curious, unafraid to push boundaries
- Innovative, creative thinking and execution
- Excellent graphic design skills
- Strong ambition and a willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Enthusiastic and positive self-starter

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of graphic design experience
- Knowledge of modern digital design tools with deep knowledge of video embeds
- Understanding of typography
- Understanding of creative best practices
- Love creating design that tells brand stories across social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Snap) and editorial marketing
- You love seeing your designs come to life and you have had experience designing digital and/or print collateral.
- You are looking to quickly level up your experience learning from innovative and experienced design leaders.
- You have an awesome design portfolio that highlights your work
