This role is tasked with overseeing and executing brand campaigns in post sale by delivering best in class client service. Key Responsibilities:Oversee campaign execution for specific campaigns.Sit within a team of client service individuals who support you and one another on campaign execution.Take on client facing ownership and responsibilities alongside the Account Director and Group Director to help drive consistent upsales and repeat business for the sales team.Support on pitches for key clients you previously serviced on other projects to pull indicative creators and provide feedback and knowledge, where applicableManaging & working collaboratively to support new business opportunitiesSupport in achieving and exceeding monthly KPI targetsHave experience in budget management, forecasting and tracking project costs and updating clients on spendings.Ability to help lead on creating Post Campaign Analysis reports & presenting to the clientAn exceptional performer and highly organized & effective leader focused on continuously improving client service and delivery for high impact resultsRequirements:3+ years working in an agency or brand within client services, influencer marketing, advertising, social, media and/or creativeExperience in account management, creator management, measurement, paid media and working within a revenue organizationExperience in delivering post-campaign analysisExperience with designing decks is a plusExperience in reviewing legal agreements with creators and brands with an understanding of usage and payment termsExperience in revenue recognition systems and processesExperience and knowledge of CRM tools such as Hubspot and SalesforceYou are commercially aware, organized, confident and communicate exceptionally well(some of our) Benefits & Perks:401k Plan (eligible after your first 90 days of employment)Medical, Dental & Vision plans providedCareer Framework approach to leveling to ensure our compensation and progression is competitive22 days of Paid Time Off (+ Bank Holidays which can be flexed to your needs)Office first hybrid approach with 3 days in our NY HQ (Flatiron)Yearly tenure celebrationsCompany wide offsites, seasonal celebrations and eventsAt Influencer, we're committed to cultivating an environment that promotes diversity, equity and inclusion.
