We are seeking an Ecommerce Marketing Manager with expertise in advanced digital marketing to join our team at HealthyLine and related subsidiary companies. This role will be an extended arm of the CMO and will be pivotal in driving growth through strategic, data-driven campaign management and technical marketing support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, extensive experience with Shopify, and the ability to support multi-channel marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include managing agency and contractor relationships, overseeing our digital presence from website management to CRM (HubSpot) and customer engagement platforms, and working with a team of digital experts dedicated to driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.


The successful candidate will have expert insights on new tools and technologies to improve internal marketing practices and external campaign launches. The role requires a strategic thinker capable of extracting actionable insights from data to support initiatives that align with our mission of growing B2B & B2C audiences, covering comprehensive marketing responsibilities for multiple brands within the HealthyLine network.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Multi-Channel Campaign Management:

  • Work with the VP of Brand and the Chief Marketing Officer to support & implement quarterly marketing growth plans.
  • Campaign and project manage extensive end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Work with content creation and marketing collaborators to produce campaign-specific content messaging/positioning.


CRM Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing funnels to ensure sustained growth through client retention, renewals, and cross-selling services.
  • Oversee the management of CRM systems and marketing automation tools, including Klaviyo.


Reporting & Analysis:

  • Conduct reporting, analysis, and optimization for digital marketing programs.
  • Provide insights on new tools and technologies to improve internal marketing practices and external campaign launches.


Shopify Management & Technical Support:

  • Support Shopify management, quickly build custom templates, and fix small site errors.
  • Utilize deep knowledge of Shopify Plus capabilities to optimize the online store.
  • Manage and implement Shopify apps & integrations to enhance functionality and performance.
  • Provide integration and automation support, including Zapier & API connections.
  • Oversee digital presence from website management to email flows and customer engagement platforms.


Website Performance:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance website performance and user experience for HealthyLine customers.
  • Implement technical solutions to improve website functionality, load speed, and overall performance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot website issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.


QUALIFICATIONS


Technical Expertise:

  • Deep knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo, including managing related integrations.
  • Experience with managing CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Marketing Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of brand, communications, creative, digital, or content strategy experience.
  • Experience and deep understanding of the agency business model.
  • A strong track record of business development and client development.


Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • *Highly organized to manage people, projects and platforms. Experience with project management and creating processes and workflows.
  • Experience in advertising, integrations, content and social media marketing.
  • Experience with Google ads & Facebook ads.
  • Experience with CRM/Email Marketing Platforms like Klaviyo or HubSpot.
  • Ability to generate content ideas that can be reviewed and approved by the owners.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills and the ability to work effectively as a “self-starter”.
  • Understanding of key marketing metrics and how to analyze and take action on them (CAC, ROAS, contribution margin, New Customer vs. Returning Customer analysis, etc.).
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.) and Google AdWords.

In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits. Total compensation is based on several factors - including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
