We are hiring a Personal Assistant for a public figure (business/entertainment) in New York City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this individual and their family. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, running errands, communicating efficiently, managing travel, planning events, and other miscellaneous tasks as necessary.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and calendar appointments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications
  • Schedule travel as needed (family travel included)
  • Planning events and logistics surrounding appearances
  • Running errands as needed (for principal and household)
  • Assist with and oversee household operations as needed, including assisting with pet care


Qualifications

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Efficient communicator
  • Availability during atypical hours (early mornings, nights and weekends)
  • Local to New York City
  • Valid driver's license


Job Overview

  • In-office Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm, reachable during off hours as needed
  • Personal office is located in the West Village in NYC
  • Salary negotiable
  • Work laptop and cell phone provided
  • Discretion is mandatory; you will be asked to sign an NDA prior to starting
