Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager, based in Lexington, KY. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the client's insurance needs are met. The role will involve daily tasks such as reviewing policies, assisting with claims, coordinating coverage changes, and advising clients on insurance options. While the role is primarily based in Lexington, KY, some remote work is possible.
