Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated brand representative to join our team. The brand representative will be responsible for implementing pop-ups with dispensaries, working events, and conducting weekly store visits. This role requires strong communication skills, cannabis industry experience in retail, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Pop-Up Events: Plan, organize, and execute pop-up events at partner dispensaries across the state to promote and sell Franklin's products, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Event Participation: Represent Franklin's at various industry events, trade shows, and community activities to increase brand visibility and engage with customers.
  • Store Visits: Conduct regular visits to retail partners to ensure proper product placement, train staff on product features and benefits, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as the face of the brand, building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, customers, and key stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.
  • Merchandising: Ensure that Franklin's products are displayed according to company guidelines and that all promotional materials are up-to-date and effectively utilized.
  • Sales Support: Assist retail partners with sales techniques, upselling strategies, and product knowledge to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on event outcomes, sales performance, and market feedback to inform future strategies.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in cannabis retail sales or marketing is a plus
