KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Efficient Production Oversight: Take charge of the production process, ensuring both efficiency and top-notch quality.
- Strategic Scheduling: Develop and execute production schedules that align with customer demands and optimize our operations.
- Productivity Enhancement: Continuously monitor production metrics and implement improvements to boost productivity and minimize waste.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Lean Principles: Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and enhance overall efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and work closely with the supply chain to ensure the availability of materials.

- Operational Excellence: Lead continuous improvement initiatives that elevate operational performance.

ABOUT YOU:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record as a Production Manager or in a similar role within a manufacturing setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MRP systems, production planning processes, and familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
- Analytical Acumen: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Supply Chain Expertise: Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for implementing effective solutions.
