Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage equipment services encompassing calibration, upkeep, acquisition, and additional functions.
  • Work collaboratively with multiple departments to guarantee that equipment aligns with development and production objectives.
  • Lead and mentor staff, fostering a culture of growth and professional development.
  • Uphold product quality standards while optimizing production efficiency.
  • Recommend equipment investments and enhancements to facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the medical device sector, including leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Experience in managing external equipment services.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management capabilities.

Compensation Range: $142,000 - $154,000 annually
