ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Client Relationship Manager at Joe Frangieh - State Farm Agent, you play a crucial role in our daily operations and the success of our clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships, generate leads, provide insurance quotes, and close sales through needs-based discussions.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Foster long-lasting customer relationships by maintaining strong client connections through follow-up communications and scheduled meetings to ensure high retention rates.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Bi-lingual candidates (Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin) are preferred.
  • Experience in managing client relationships is advantageous.
  • Interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Able to anticipate and address customer needs effectively.
  • Ability to relate well to clients.
  • Property & Casualty + Life & Health License (must be obtained).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Base salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses.
