is looking for a supply chain operations manager who is passionate about delivering differentiated low-power and battery-free wireless connectivity solutions. Job title and responsibilities commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire supply chain, from raw materials to finished goods, for a fabless semiconductor company Work closely with the internal sales team to understand customer demand and manage inventory production and supply accordingly Work directly with foundries, package houses, test houses, etc. to ensure timely production and delivery of product to support customer needs Prepare monthly material requirements planning (MRP) analyses and weekly inventory and WIP reports for review with executive management Manage logistics channels (shippers and carriers) to ensure export control compliance and adherence to regulatory standards in the delivery of raw materials and, ultimately, finished semiconductor products throughout the production/build and sales processes Monitor manufacturing yield/trends and discuss any issues with product engineering and executive team as necessary Negotiate cost of services required by company, working directly with assembly and test houses, warehouses, etc. to secure cost savings for the Company

Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry (fabless semiconductor experience preferred) Proven ability to scale and ship multi-million units per month Experience with Netsuite preferred Startup experience preferred Excellent communication skills BS required

Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is $170,000 to $200,000. At Atmosic, we strive to provide competitive and rewarding compensation based on experience and expertise, as well as market conditions, location, and pay equity.
