  • Conduct thorough market research, feasibility studies, and financial analysis to assess the viability and profitability of prospective land acquisitions.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, brokers, and other industry stakeholders to source off-market deals and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, construction, finance, and legal departments to ensure seamless execution of land acquisition transactions.
  • Manage the due diligence process, including zoning, entitlements, environmental assessments, and permitting, to mitigate risks and expedite project timelines.
  • Develop and present comprehensive land acquisition strategies, investment proposals, and project proformas to senior management for approval.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to inform decision-making and optimize land acquisition strategies.
