  • Document all support activities, solutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and enhance the overall user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Desktop Engineer or similar role in a Microsoft environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
