As a Senior Software Solutions Architect at Capgemini Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape. Collaborate with a talented engineering team and utilize your expertise to create comprehensive architectural frameworks that align with organizational goals. Your insights will guide the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, ensuring that technical roadmaps are effectively executed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and convert them into actionable technical strategies that support long-term objectives.
- Facilitate technical design discussions and architect robust, scalable solutions.
- Assess and recommend suitable software, hardware, technologies, frameworks, and integration methods.
- Provide guidance and technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to quality, security, and extensibility standards.
- Engage with clients to make informed decisions regarding specifications, design, and development of technical solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with various development teams, project managers, and quality assurance personnel.
- Effectively communicate and present product features to key stakeholders involved in the project.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 6-10 years of demonstrated experience in designing and architecting Enterprise Applications.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Azure Cloud Architect (3+ years).
- Strong familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and knowledge of Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD).
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, Database Optimization, and Normalization.
- Hands-on experience in developing Web and Desktop applications using .NET technologies, including .NET Core, Microservices, React, Angular, and similar frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a global delivery model.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Mobile Architecture and Native App development using Swift/Kotlin.
- Familiarity with Test Automation frameworks such as Selenium.
