Role Description

This is a part-time blend of on-site and remote for an Office Manager and Social Media Coordinator. The Office Manager will be responsible for administrative assistance, office equipment management, purchasing and receiving, customer service, and office administration tasks. The Social Media Coordinator will handle social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, and engagement for the company.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients
  • Experience in office administration and providing administrative assistance
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle client inquiries
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Relevant experience in interior design or soft goods industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of basic accounting, invoices and vendor payments
  • Knowledge of design software and tools such as WordPress, Canva, MailChimp, GoogelMyBusiness, MicroSoft, and basic photo and video editing is a plus
