We are currently seeking an Inbound Business Development Representative to join our collaborative Sales team. This role will build initial relationships with IT decision makers across a variety of industries.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Timely response to inbound B2B sales queries
  • Identify and qualify decision makers through discovery outreach and market research
  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound call campaigns
  • Capture accurate and complete information in the Salesforce CRM by maintaining and expanding the database of prospects and tracking activity
  • Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts


What You’ll Need To Be Successful

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 1 year of client facing experience through customer service, lead generation or cold calling
  • Ability to be onsite in our Salt Lake City, UT office and ability to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Goal oriented and self driven team player


It Would Be Great if You Had

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • B2B Sales experience
  • Sales or customer service experience with a licensed based product
  • Experience with lead generation software outreach
  • Experience in the SaaS and/or IT industry
