Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all inbound and outbound communication, including phone calls, emails, and chats, to provide excellent customer service and ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform cashier duties for the sales, service, and parts departments, processing payments and handling transactions accurately.
- Make outbound phone calls to follow up with customers and set appointments, providing relevant information and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and lead conversion.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably within the automotive industry, is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of calls and transactions.
- Proficiency in using automotive CRM systems and other chat management tools is a major plus.
Working Conditions:
This position requires working on-site at the dealership. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs but limited to 40 hours a week with max of 4 days off a week.
