  • Managing the quarterly and monthly close processes, ensuring compliance with ASC 606, ASC 323, ASC 810, and ASC 842.
  • Preparing quarterly unaudited financial statements, partner capital reports, annual audited financial statements, and tax workpapers.
  • Supervising and mentoring the Finance & Accounting team, streamlining and automating processes.
  • Collaborating with FP&A to enhance reporting and expedite the closing process.
  • Assisting with additional accounting tasks and projects, such as capital calls, distributions, income allocation, and system implementations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
  • CPA license required.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, particularly in fund or asset management.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
